We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a talented and motivated (Global Customer Relations Coordinator) to join our team.

Under the guidance of the Global Customer Relations Team Lead, the Global Customer Relations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting and executing all global customer service needs to meet Funimation's customer engagement objectives. Motivation, rock-solid work ethic, solid written and oral communication skills and a strong attention to detail are essential to thrive in this position.  The candidate selected will be hard-working, independent, and a quick learner.

 

The core responsibilities of this position include:

  • Coordinate Customer Service of Broadcast and Digital Accounts
  • Support International Clients (75% of role)
    • Licensing database approvals, contract execution
    • Invoice processing
    • Internal Communication on International Deals
    • Coordination of masters deliveries
    • International-related projects (EX: checking avails lists, etc.)
    • Track the progress of international negotiations
    • Maintaining rights database

 

Education:

The minimum qualifications & requirements for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Exceptional communicator (written and oral) with the ability to build relationships. 
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail in an environment that requires extensive multi-tasking and multiple deadlines.
  • High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
